Bestellanleitung für den DTF Gang Sheet Builder von RoyalDTF

We offer three ways to place your DTF transfer orders on our website. Please follow the method that best suits your needs.

1. Ordering Using the DTF Sheet Builder

Step 1: Click "Create a DTF Sheet"

  • Select the DTF Sheet Builder option.
  • We accept 100cm x 56cm (22" x 38") sheets in the builder.

Schritt 2: Hochladen Ihres Kunstwerks

  • Click Upload Files to add your designs.
  • Accepted file formats: PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, or SVG.
  • Recommended resolution: 300 DPI for the best print quality.
  • Ensure your artwork has a transparent background to avoid unwanted white areas.

Schritt 3: Ordnen Sie Ihre Designs an (Gang Sheet Builder)

  • Click the "Generate Gang Sheet" button (bottom right corner).
  • Die Software erstellt automatisch Gangblätter für Sie.
  • Ensure at least 0.7cm spacing between each design for easy cutting.

Schritt 4: Manuelles Bearbeiten Ihres Layouts (optional)

  • You can move, duplicate, or resize images as needed.
  • Wenn Sie mehrere Kopien eines Blattes benötigen, geben Sie die Anzahl ein.

Schritt 5: Überprüfen Sie Ihr Layout

  • Double-check the positioning of your designs.
  • Ensure there are no overlapping images and all elements are within the print area.

Step 6: Add to Cart & Checkout

  • Click “Add to Cart” once satisfied.
  • Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment.

Step 7: Production & Shipping

  • Processing time: 1 business day.
  • Shipping time: 1-2 business days, depending on the selected method.

Wichtige Hinweise:

✅ No Backgrounds: Use transparent backgrounds to prevent unwanted white areas.
✅ High-Quality Images: Low-resolution files may result in blurry prints.
✅ No Refunds on Incorrect Files: We print exactly what you upload. Double-check before submitting.
✅ Pressing Instructions: Apply at 300-320°F (150-160°C) for 1-5 seconds with high pressure. Peel cold or warm based on fabric type.

2. Bestellung über die Schaltfläche "DTF-Blatt hochladen".

This option is for customers who already have a pre-made gang sheet.

Schritte zur Bestellung:

  1. Upload your pre-made DTF sheet (100cm x 56cm or 22" x 38") using the "Upload DTF Sheet" button.
  2. Accepted file formats: PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, or SVG.
  3. Resolution: Ensure your file is 300 DPI for sharp, high-quality prints.
  4. Menge auswählen je nach der Anzahl der benötigten Kopien.
    • Example: If you need 5 meters, choose quantity 5.
    • Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang für jedes Blatt einzeln.
  5. Click "Add to Cart" and complete the checkout process.

3. Bestellung ohne Verwendung der Software (E-Mail oder Dateiübertragung)

If you prefer, you can send your DTF files to us directly.

Schritte zur Bestellung:

  1. Prepare your gang sheet with dimensions 100cm x 56cm.
  2. Send your files via email to contact@royaldtf.com or use a file-sharing service like wetransfer.com.
  3. Benennen Sie jede Datei entsprechend der Anzahl der benötigten Kopien um.
    • Example: If your file is dtfprint.png and you need 5 copies, rename it to "5 x dtfprint.png".
  4. Geben Sie Ihre Bestellung auf unserer Website auf:
    • Go to the product page, enter the total quantity (meters needed), and press Enter.
    • Example: If you need 15 meters, enter 15 in the quantity field and press Enter to be redirected to checkout.
  5. Complete your order & payment.
